Who We Are
Our Current Team
(At least the ones who are comfortable showing themselves publicly)
Sabian Finogwar
Founder & CEO
I believe we, as a people, have no choice but to communicate, connect, and understand each other better, so we can all work together comfortably, honestly, and effectively to solve the world’s biggest problems, achieve our personal & collective goals, and accelerate towards an amazing and exciting future, what I call The Second Age of Enlightenment
I grew up feeling very alone. My introversion made it hard to approach new people, and my lack of self-awareness and social skills pushed away the people I DID know, but I overcame this, and learned ways to communicate what I want to say comfortably and effectively, and have people understand me better. I also had a revelation: I wasn’t the only one going through this
More people are going through similar or worse isolation, loneliness, & conflict. But, I’ve been watching the trends, and I found the source of these issues is the communication people are using with both others and themselves in their own heads. As people refine this, every person will be better able to resolve conflicts easier, and grow connected, happier relationships, bringing friends, families & the world together
I grew up with an incredibly hard-working mom who did everything for me, and this gave me a lot of freedom in the past, but also made me very complacent. I didn’t get my first official job until I was over 20 years old, but because of the freedom I had to learn and teach myself whatever I wanted, computers, hardware, software, psychology, you name it, I met some people who helped me realize how valuable both my skills and my self-improvement mindset are.
When I started my first job, I read through the entire company policy and retyped all of it by hand, correcting all the grammatical errors, and emailed it to the HR manager. She was so impressed she mentioned me to the operations manager and personally pulled me out of the orientation group, leaving all 12 people in the group waiting, to offer me a higher position.
As I worked at the company, quickly mastering their processes, I immediately saw ways to improve them, and developed my own more efficient system which was roughly 30-50% more efficient than their current process. As the next few months went by, despite not being a trainer, I taught my process to several people before realizing 1-on-1 training is inefficient and in a couple days created an entire job description and best-practices guide complete with images I personally took, just to make it easier for me to train new staff, which wasn’t even part of my job.
As I went through various roles, I quickly mastered them and created detailed instructional manuals for critical machines and processes that, if they were adopted into a training procedure, would have been a game-changer in training and production efficiency. Within a year, I was leading a department of 17 people, organizing them from their initial chaos into a more coherent and efficient team by simply treating them as people, cross-training them, rewarding them for jobs well done, and establishing lines of communication between them.
Working with that company helped me realize the realities of business, how people operate day-to-day, and especially the habits of people and what they’re willing and unwilling to change in certain situations. As I began to network with business owners and gain a larger perspective, I gave this company 3 months notice to find a suitable replacement, and sent a thank-you email to every single person I met (if I could find their email) who was above supervisor level, including the COO, telling them something I learned from them during one of our encounters. Before I left, I bought the office staff and production management Christmas chocolates, got as many phone numbers as I could from the various employees who appreciated me for how I treated them in comparison, and left on a positive note, even to those who I didn’t enjoy working with.
There was one person I met there who taught me a ton about business, organizing people, and finance. Him and I planned to start a company together, but just before a major decision, things changed, which actually helped me, because I learned that he places money above many of the things I value, and I decided the people I want to work with are people who share my values and hold them at the top.
As I learned more about business from other experienced people, I realized my previous naivety and incorporated that experience moving forward.
Now, I am working on my passion, and it is so persistently interesting and exciting that I will see it through to the end, and even beyond.
My top 5 absolute non-negotiable values, for myself and everyone, are to
- have full intellectual control, clarity, capability, and freedom
- embrace clear, honest, understood communication
- work together as a team with goals that are aligned
- have the freedom to experiment to find unique creative solutions
- never stop making progress, to always improve something every day
Imagine a world
where every person is connected not just with cars or buses and taxis and trains; not just with typo-filled text messages, or self-seeking social media; not even with words from the mouths of those who hear nothing else spoken to the ears of those who listen only to themselves. No.
I see a world where everyone is truly connected, a world in which every conflict will never happen, and in which every argument is solved before it begins; a world of learners and leaders, team builders and motivators, supporters and front-line soldiers, of dreamers and believers, and all of them in perfect harmony, both in thought and action.
This is a world
in which any one person can look at another and know exactly what they mean, understand truly what they intend, and see clearly what they imagine in their mind; a world in which there are no misunderstandings that confuse, no miscommunications that disrupt, and no misrepresentations that mislead; and a world in which war and conflict are an ancient myth of civilizations and cultures past, where toxic arguments and angry debates are the bedtime stories of children who will never know such a thing, and where criminals are an urban legend infamous for their ability and choice to lie and mislead others for their own selfish gain. Yes.
This is a world where people are taught to realize their dreams, to see and create their future, and to bring that future closer; a world where they can tell others what they see and be perfectly understood, so much that they can see the same vision and feel its potential to come alive; and a world where any two people are willing work together and help bring their dreams into reality.
I will build this world.
one way or another, because nature traces a wrinkled path, and every failure is but a line in the sand of uncertainty, next to the waves of determination, on the beach of dreams.
I will build this world, and only this world, for focus is diluted, effort is exhausted, and time is limited; thus I cannot afford to waste it on that which does anything but build this world and accelerate us into the future; and I will do anything that will bring us closer, no matter how small, because even the great pyramids of Egypt are built from but blocks of stone.
We will build this world
because maybe you know what I want to say, maybe you know exactly what I mean, maybe you can see clearly what I imagine in my mind, and maybe, just maybe, you’re willing to work together and bring dreams into reality.

Those Who Helped Us Along The Way
“When I met Sabian, I was moving out of Brazil, stepping away from local projects there, and discovering Ugeddit was in good timing in a big transition period of my life. As I got to know Sabian, we discovered we share many values, including transparency and consensual decision-making, and rather than wasting excess energy running after money, instead at Ugeddit I feel I’m able to work with meaning where my efforts are directed into making relevant contributions for mankind”
- Transparency
- Consensual decision-making
- Respecting others’ beliefs
“From my first contact with Sabian onwards, he demonstrated constantly the qualities of a great communicator, strategist and leader. His proven skills in project management, organization and time management reflect not only his clear and methodical way of thinking but also his strong sense of mission and purpose towards improving himself, the people around him, and the world.
Getting to work with him was one of the first times I’ve witnessed a stakeholder wanting to have such a deep level of understanding of the technical aspects of a project and of how I work and think. Certainly different from the usual “I want to see the result and that is all that matters”.
Sabian understands the value different people bring to the team and motivates them to use their creativity, transparent communication and problem-solving from their own perspectives, differing from traditional top-to-bottom leadership styles.
Furthermore, he has the ability to translate complex subjective concepts with clarity and make that also resonate with the team’s objectives. It is a pleasure to work with Sabian, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to plan or organize existing or new businesses”
“The moment I met Sabian, I realized we share a lot of values, and that in itself is something I’m grateful to know him for. Him and I agree that society faces big challenges and that these challenges will not change unless Human culture changes to the point where enough people are motivated in the right way to solve them in good faith. We agree that when people share each other’s perspectives, the better they learn, collaborate, and serve. Consequently, they see evidence of both society and their own lives improving when we work together.”
