Sabian: The business Shawn and I nearly started together, and congratulations if you somehow guessed it, was landscaping.
Yes, the trimming hedges and cutting grass type of landscaping. But, as much as Shawn had been mentoring me and spending his time training my thinking to be less naive and more careful of many people’s different behaviours and agendas in business, ironically I realized our values didn’t align in ways that were the most important to me, and so both of us decided to go our separate business ways from there, still being on good terms of course, as we gracefully drifted towards our own goals.
Imagine if I started landscaping… seriously… where I’d be today. Nowhere near where I am now, that’s for sure. But I’m lucky it happened this way, because even if I made decent money doing that, money is something I’ve never wanted. In fact, my high-performance coach has been drilling into my head the importance of money not just for sustainability, but also how it is a powerful tool for simplifying and accelerating the progress of doing what I really want, which is “leveling up”, as in growing skills and gaining new abilities, for both myself and others so that we all can accomplish even more than we ever imagined. And through Ugeddit, the first step I’ve decided to doing this is dissolving every last conflict and uniting civilization into a universal, undivided community, two people at a time.
And so, shortly after Shawn and I parted our business ways, I found this guy on Meetup who looked a little odd at first, because his account had no audience or members, and he was going on about some weird spiritual stuff, but being open-minded I decided to meet him, and man… when we met, I never would’ve expected what actually happened…
